I've been a learning and development professional for over 23 years and as a life experience designer and certified coach, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that are holding them back in life, think bigger, and get critical insights to get unstuck.
My focus is on one-on-one and team/group coaching, instructional design, development, and facilitation dedicated to creating transformative learning experiences that inspire growth, resilience, and purpose.
With a Master’s degree in Curriculum Development, Bachelors of Science in Communications and three coaching certifications (Co-Active Training Institute, Positive Intelligence, and ICF ACC), I bring together a blend of academics, coaching expertise, and creative design to every engagement.
